Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Appointment Seyyer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development Lead to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, building rapport, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, capable of generating interest through outbound outreach across multiple channels. Success in this role requires persistence, organization, and a results-oriented mindset, as you will play a key role in driving the company's sales pipeline and revenue growth.

Work schedule:

  • Full-time
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • US business hours (schedule to be finalized based on business needs)

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Business Development Lead to execute outbound prospecting campaigns and generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, SMS, and other communication channels to engage prospective clients.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads based on the company's ideal client profile and established qualification criteria.
  • Build rapport with prospects, uncover pain points, and effectively communicate the value of our outsourcing and offshoring solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between qualified prospects and the Closer team, ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and consistently follow up with leads throughout the sales process.
  • Update and manage CRM records, ensuring all prospect interactions, notes, and activities are properly tracked.
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Development Lead to optimize lead generation and appointment-setting strategies.
  • Monitor outreach performance metrics, including contact rates, appointment conversion rates, and show rates.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a consultative approach when engaging prospects.
  • Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers to support strategic prospecting efforts.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about company services, market trends, and competitive offerings to improve prospect engagement.
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements to enhance overall sales development performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting, sales development, lead generation, business development, telemarketing, or a related outbound sales role.
  • Proven track record of consistently booking qualified appointments and meeting performance targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or professional phone presence.
  • Strong confidence in conducting cold calls and engaging decision-makers at various organizational levels.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar systems.
  • Ability to identify prospect needs, qualify opportunities, and effectively position services during initial conversations.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong active listening, objection-handling, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience selling or setting appointments for B2B services is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in the outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, professional services, or offshoring industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and sales engagement platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
